Here is the situation: I met a girl at church whom was brought there by her friends who go to the church. She was everything I like in a girl, and we both expressed to eachother that we like one another. The next day I called her and her mom picked up. After I asked her mom to let me speak to her, the mom asked me how old I was. My birthday being next month, I told her 16. After a pause and a reluctent tone she gave the phone to her daughter. The next wednesday I found out she was 12 turning 13 in june. My question is what do I do about her mom not liking me? And is the age gap to great? Should I not hang out?
